Looking at foods or meals as simply cheating makes it really easy to let yourself off the hook for eating them. Then it snowballs into the next meal... or perhaps you "cheat" early in the day and figure the day is ruined, I will get back at it tomorrow... then a "cheat" the next day annnnnd we're back to starting over on Monday.
You can eat any food you want. Deprivation is no way to live, when you love food. However, you have the power of CHOICE. Not being "allowed" to eat a particular food and CHOOSING not to eat a particular food, are totally different mindsets.
